Joint stock Limited company "Neftegazrezerv" is has begain a fast process biding to be a majore partner in the expansion process of the Saratov Oil refinery.
Saratov oil refinery is located in the city of Saratov, Russia. It was commissioned in April 1934 and can process 7.000.000 metric tons of crude annually. The refinery manufactures a range of products including unleaded gasoline, diesel fuel, fuel oil, bitumen, vacuum gas oil, sulphur and naphtha and its managed and operated by Rosneft - Rosneft Saratov (sarnpz). Saratov refinery joined Rosneft in March 2013.
The Saratov refinery capacity is 7.000.000 metric tons per annum of oil (50.7 mln bbl) (the capacity was increased after ELOU-AVT-6 reconstruction in October-November 2013) to 12.000.000 metric tons per annum.
Saratov refinery processes Urals and oil from Saratov field, supplied by pipeline and also oil from Sorochinskoye, Orenburgskoye and Zaykinskoye fields, supplied by rail.
Plant development program till 2023 was elaborated at Saratov Refinery after it joined Rosneft. Implementation of priority projects for refining depth improvement (increase of VGO withdrawal and improvement of tar visbreaking performance) is approved, pre-design works for bitumen production reconstruction are started in order to bring bitumen products in compliance with the modern standards.
In 2015 total investments to Saratov Refinery made RUB 0.9 billion rubles without VAT and with partnership bid from "Neftegazrezerv" the investments of the refinery is going to expand close to 15.5 billion rubles without VAT. This partnership merging is going to grow the quantity base of "Neftegazrezerv" with larger quantities of crude oil products for export

* Rosneft and Neftegazrezerv
Neftegazrezerv has oil wells allocations contracts with Rosneft with strong affelations and business partnership. Rosneft is Russia's biggest oil company, with reported production of about 1.5 billion barrels in 2014. The company also ranks as Russia's third biggest natural gas company, with production amounting to more than 345 million barrel of oil equivalents (BOE). Rosneft has a market capitalization of nearly $38.7 billion, making it the highest publicly valued company in this list.
Rosneft maintains exploration and production activities across Russia and in 10 other countries, including the United States, Canada, Brazil, Norway and Vietnam. It operates 13 refineries in Russia and has an interest in seven additional refineries in Western and
Eastern Europe. Rosneft also operates a network of over 2,400 retail gasoline service stations and is Russia's largest supplier of jet fuel.
* Lukoil and Neftegazrezerv
Neftegazrezerv has been a local distributor for Lukoil for almost five and half years now which grew to partnership in Oil rigs maintenance contracts for Neftegazrezerv and a strong export business partnership is formed. Lukoil produced nearly 707 million barrels of oil in 2014 and ranked as the second-biggest producer in the country. The company's natural gas production came in at more than 92 million BOE on the year. It has a market capitalization of more than $27.7 billion.
In addition to gas and oil exploration and production activities across Russia, Lukoil operates in 12 other countries in Europe, Africa and the Middle East. Its refining and petrochemical operations include six refineries in Russia and an interest in five more refineries in New Zealand and Europe. Lukoil also operates power generation facilities in Russia and gasoline service stations in Russia, Europe and the U.S.
* Surgutneftegas and Neftegazrezerv
Surgutneftegas has been a strong liquefied gas exploration partner to Neftegazrezerv which has leads to the securement of large reserves of liquefied gas storage for Neftegazrezerv gas exports to the Asian market.
The company's operations are mostly confined to the domestic market. In addition to its exploration and production activities, the company operates a refinery and a gas processing plant, produces petrochemicals, and runs a power generation business. Surgutneftegas also operates nearly 300 service stations. It has a market capitalization of over $18.5 billion.
